This book covers different life style topics that can help you with making  different life style changes and had an impact in my life in 2023. These topics include goals, career, online dating, moving to a new place, travel, and many more. It was a year with different changes and opportunities...

It was a beautiful year that I am grateful for and most of the things of 2023 were very nice. However, there were some challenges along the way too and it was important to deal with those challenges. The book contains a mix of my experiences, tips and excercices for you. The book has a size of 17x24 cm and you can take it with you in your bag, so you can read the pages and do the exercices at any time! In addition, you can take some time to write your goals in here. I created this book to give you some tips on how to get the best out of your life every day! What I have learned in 2023: Every day is a new day with opportunities and you can write a page of your dream life every single day!

My passion is helping other people and my goal is to help a lot of children.       I would like to donate a small part of the revue of the book to the hospital for children as I was at the hospital when I was a kid due to kidney and bladder problems. The doctors helped me with improving my life! ❤️
